Job summary

CRA Legal in Leeds is seeking an experienced Multi Track Fee Earner to join the personal injury team. The role involves progressing a caseload of complex claims from instruction through to settlement or litigation.

You will manage liability, causation and quantum, draft pleadings and witness statements, and coordinate with insurers, medical experts and counsel to ensure timely progression and high-quality client service.

Qualifications

• Experience handling Multi Track personal injury claims.
• Strong understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules and litigation process.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
• Excellent client management and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of Multi Track personal injury claims from inception to conclusion.
• Assessing liability, causation and quantum and identifying key issues.
• Reviewing medical evidence and instructing experts where required.
• Drafting pleadings, witness statements and schedules of loss.
