Job summary

Aviva is seeking a Personal Injury Multi-Track Litigator to manage complex, high‑value claims and provide expert guidance to clients. You could be a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or experienced PI professional with strong knowledge of the Pre‑Action Protocol and Civil Procedure Rules.

You will negotiate outcomes, represent clients through litigation, and deliver exceptional service while contributing to Aviva’s legal services goals.

Qualifications

• Experience handling claimant personal injury claims within a busy legal environment, including complex cases worth £100,000+.
• Solid knowledge of personal injury law, the Pre-Action Protocol and Civil Procedure Rules; familiarity with Lawtel or Ogden Tables.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex and high‑value personal injury claims.
• Provide clear advice and negotiate successful outcomes for clients.
• Represent clients throughout the litigation process.
