Usay Compare is seeking a senior performance marketing leader to own the multi-channel acquisition strategy across Paid Search, Paid Social, Native, Affiliates and Lead Generation. You’ll partner with Marketing, Sales, Data and IT to drive profitable growth, improve attribution, and optimise customer journeys for maximum ROI.

You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on channel expertise, lead a marketing team, and manage agency partners to deliver measurable growth and commercial impact.

Ready to own acquisition strategy for a fast growing business?

This is an opportunity to take ownership of performance marketing across a multi-channel acquisition portfolio, leading strategy, optimisation and growth across Paid Search, Paid Social, Native, Affiliates and Lead Generation channels.

Working closely with senior leaders across Marketing, Sales, Data and IT, you'll play a critical role in delivering profitable growth, improving attribution, enhancing customer journeys and maximising marketing ROI.

You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on channel expertise, working closely with agencies while remaining close to campaign performance, optimisation and commercial outcomes.

• Has experience in managing acquisition budgets and making investment decisions to maximise return on marketing spend.
