About the Company
Agora is proud to be partnered with a consumer start-up who are dominating their space and have seen exponential growth recently, looking to hire a Senior Performance Marketing Analyst. Now operating in over 40 international markets, the company is entering its next phase of growth—expanding products, teams and reach. This is a unique opportunity to play a defining role in one of the UK’s most exciting early-stage success stories.
The Role
As a Senior Performance Marketing Analyst, you’ll sit at the core of the data and performance team—playing a pivotal role in driving acquisition, engagement, and conversion. You'll use insights to shape strategy, improve digital experience, and optimise key growth levers across global campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse performance data across paid and owned marketing channels, identifying opportunities for optimisation and growth.
- Lead landing page and conversion rate improvement initiatives using A/B testing and UX insights.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to inform content direction and campaign messaging.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of digital campaigns across channels such as Meta, Google, TikTok and beyond.
- Develop, test and roll out compelling seasonal offers to drive new customer acquisition.
- Conduct market and competitor research to uncover trends, whitespace, and opportunity areas.
- Provide high-quality reporting and actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
- Support global market and product expansion by identifying growth opportunities based on customer and performance data.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years in a commercial, strategy, growth, or analytics role.
- Strong analytical capabilities and confidence working with data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised with a structured approach to planning and execution.
- Experience working cross-functionally with creative or performance teams.
- A strong academic background and demonstrable commercial acumen.
Preferred Experience (a bonus, not a requirement):
- Experience with platforms like Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, and Google Ads.
- Familiarity with third-party attribution and analytics tools.
- Background in e-commerce, D2C, or physical product brands.
- Experience in high-growth start-up or scale-up environments.
Why You’ll Want to Join
- Make a direct impact in a high-growth environment, with plenty of room to take on responsibility and grow fast.
- Work on meaningful, data-led projects that will rapidly build your analytical, commercial and strategic skills.
- Join a lean, ambitious team that values innovation, agility and ownership.
- Help shape performance marketing and growth strategy across multiple international markets.
Benefits include:
- 28 days of annual leave (plus bank holidays)
- Company pension scheme
- Access to learning and development resources
- Regular team events and off-sites
- Hands-on exposure to business leadership and strategic projects
