The Role
Role Objectives
This performance marketing role seeks a proven professional with experience in paid advertising platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, TikTok, and others. The goal is to drive revenue and sales for Smile’s dental cover products.
The role reports to the Head of Marketing and is part of the Retail Dental Cover & Corporate Dental Cover divisions. It is a full-time position (40 hours/week) with at least 6 hours of overlap with 8 am-5 pm GMT+10 (Brisbane, Australia).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute paid search strategies to increase member acquisition across Google, Bing, and other platforms.
- Create and manage paid social campaigns to acquire and retain members.
- Design platform-specific ad creatives and detailed plans to drive revenue across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
- Monitor, analyse, and optimise PPC campaigns for ROI, CTR, and CPA.
- Collaborate with sales to align messaging and foster enterprise growth.
- Conduct keyword research, manage bids, ad copy, and landing pages.
- Analyse paid social campaigns to maximise ROI and reduce CPA.
Own the Complete Funnel
- Generate leads and revenue through targeted campaigns at all funnel stages.
- Track impressions to conversions daily, identify opportunities, and troubleshoot issues.
- Report insights regularly and work with stakeholders to optimise performance.
Budget Management
- Manage PPC and paid social budgets effectively to balance cost and performance.
Testing
- Develop hypotheses and implement A/B testing for ads and strategies.
Performance Reporting
- Produce regular reports on PPC and paid social metrics with actionable insights.
Explore New Platforms
- Identify opportunities on emerging paid platforms.
- Drive growth through experimentation and data-driven decisions.
- Coordinate with creative and content teams to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
- Align strategies with organic search initiatives and overall marketing goals.
- Communicate performance and insights effectively to stakeholders.
Key Performance Indicators
- Growth in dental cover sales (acquisition).
- ROI and customer lifetime value.
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
Ideal Profile & Requirements
