Senior Performance Manager (Paid Search)

£50,000 - £60,000 + Package including 20% Bonus

Hybrid: 2 days in + 2 WFH

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a forward-thinking team as a Senior Performance Manager and play a key role in driving the next phase of growth.

They hold an excellent reputation in the market for their brand message as well as for fostering an environment that encourages innovation and creative freedom.

With a clearly defined and impressive brand position, they are looking for an experienced Paid Media/PPC Manager to help build on their success.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Manage and deliver the Paid Search strategy, including review and daily performance monitoring of accounts.
  • Manage multi-million-pound budgets.
  • Oversee PPC automation and develop key automation initiatives.
  • Implement innovative strategies to achieve business targets and growth across paid media accounts.
  • Perform hands-on bid management and daily account optimization.
  • Collaborate with the analytical team to create bespoke paid search performance reports.
  • Conduct keyword research, market research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners (Google & Bing).
