Job Description:

We are searching for an experienced Senior Performance Marketing Manager / Senior Paid Media Manager for our client, an e-commerce retailer with over 30 years of industry expertise. This is a £multi-million turnover and profitable business.

With over 1 million customers, they boast an excellent service record and TrustPilot ratings. They offer top-quality products at competitive prices.

The role involves taking ownership of their digital media budget and performance marketing strategy, focusing on high-quality traffic, ROI, and sustainable customer acquisition as the business scales.

The Role:

  • Own the delivery of a multi-channel digital marketing strategy, aligning paid and owned media with trading goals, seasonal shifts, and product priorities.
  • Lead planning and execution of Full Funnel activity across PPC, paid social, and affiliates.
  • Use data-driven analysis to improve budget effectiveness across the marketing funnel.
  • Build and refine multi-touch attribution models to measure campaign performance accurately.
  • Own KPIs including traffic, RoAS, COS%, CAC, and LTV, ensuring efficient spend and high-value acquisition.
  • Deliver insight-led reporting across channels to support decision-making and performance visibility.
  • Champion a testing culture from creative to segmentation and timing.
  • Manage agency relationships, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.

The Person:

  • Proven experience leading performance marketing in high-growth eCommerce or DTC businesses.
  • Strong analytical and commercial skills, comfortable managing RoAS, COS, CAC, LTV, and traffic targets.
  • MarTech proficiency: Pmax, Adwords, Microsoft Ads, GA4, GMC, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and attribution tools.
