The Role

This position, based in Leeds within the PPC team, focuses on the B2B vertical. You will be part of a scaled performance community within Havas Market but will work closely with Ledger Bennett, our global B2B marketing agency.

You will manage 1-2 executives, overseeing campaign implementation, analysis, optimisation, and evaluation across paid search and formats like Performance Max, Demand Gen, and possibly app activity. You will influence strategy and lead innovative solutions alongside the AD.

The role involves client-facing responsibilities, including regular calls, meetings, and leading larger client presentations. Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a hunger for success are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage PPC campaigns to meet client objectives.
  • Promote best practices, innovation, and automation across campaigns.
  • Develop understanding of B2B audiences and the consumer journey.
  • Plan and execute holistic paid strategies with support as needed.
  • Attend team meetings and uphold agency culture.
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs and deadlines.
  • Optimise campaigns using bid management tools like SA360.
  • Drive innovation and media firsts.
  • Manage finances and budgets.
  • Maintain and grow client relationships.
  • Lead client presentations and deliver reports.
  • Contribute to team initiatives and development plans.
  • Produce media plans and supporting documents demonstrating expertise.
  • Manage personal development and team skill growth.
Desirable Skills and Experience
  • 2+ years agency experience in performance media.
  • Experience in B2B, managing scaled budgets, ideally cross-market.
  • Client-facing experience and relationship building.
  • Management experience is desirable.
  • Strong storytelling, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Extensive experience with Google/Microsoft Ads, Analytics, and SA360.
  • Knowledge of competitor tools.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and a self-starter.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Strong numeracy and Excel skills.
