Qualifications

• Proficient in Advanced Excel, Tableau, and Python.
• Experience extracting data from HR systems such as HRMs, ATS and learning platforms.
• Experience in a People Analytics role within HR, with knowledge of turnover, recruitment, engagement, sickness and KPIs.
