Job summary

You will cleanse and align employee data with HR systems, develop dashboards on headcount and costs, and support pay, benefits, pensions and budgeting. This hands-on role requires strong Excel skills, experience with BI tools such as Power BI, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in people analytics, reward, workforce planning or similar analytical roles.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to manipulate large datasets.
• Experience with BI tools and creating dashboards.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and data storytelling.
• Ability to collaborate with HR, Finance and Payroll.

Responsibilities

• Cleanses and aligns employee data across systems like PeopleXD, Payroll and Finance.
• Develops dashboards and MI on headcount and workforce costs.
• Provides salary benchmarking and total rewards analysis.
• Models the financial impact of pay, benefits and workforce changes.
• Maintains data definitions and validation checks for reporting.
