Job summary

The National Association of Citizens Advice Bureaux is seeking a Senior People Systems Data Analyst to join our People & Strategy directorate. You will lead data collection, analysis, reporting and interpretation of employee data to uncover actionable insights that inform talent management and engagement initiatives.

The role supports performance management and operational effectiveness, with a flexible, blended working approach across England and Wales.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Advanced Excel, BI software (Tableau) and Python scripts.
• Ability to extract data from people systems such as HRMs, ATS and learning platforms.
• Experience in a People Analytics role within HR, with data metrics and KPIs.

This is a critical role where you will leverage data analytics to drive informed decision-making and optimise our people strategies across the organisation.

In this position, you will take charge of collecting, analysing, reporting, and interpreting employee data to uncover actionable insights. Your work will directly support key initiatives in talent management, employee engagement, and performance management, ultimately boosting our overall organisational effectiveness.
