Qualifications

  • Experience advising on employee relations within a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for Retail managers on employee relations matters.
  • Build strong relationships across Retail and Head Office.
  • Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate people data and reporting.
  • Support Retail payroll updates and headcount planning.
  • Manage day-to-day benefits administration.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition for recruitment.
  • Contribute to performance management and learning initiatives.
  • Champion company values and best-practice people processes.

Skills
