XPS Group is seeking a Post-Transaction Lead (Pensions) in Leeds. The role involves leading buy-in, buyout and wind-up projects within a fast-growing risk settlement team, coordinating multiple workstreams and managing stakeholders including trustees and insurers.

A strong DB pensions background and project-management ability are essential for success. The position offers a permanent, full-time hybrid arrangement with opportunities for development, client-facing work and involvement in tenders

Qualifications

• Extensive DB pensions experience with a strong technical background.
• Knowledge of buy-in, buyout and wind-up processes and related workstreams.
• Highly organised with ability to prioritise and manage dependencies.
• Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
• Takes ownership for deliverables and maintains quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and project manage buy-in, buyout and wind-up projects within timelines and budget.
• Coordinate across workstreams to ensure deliverables are met.
• Liaise with Trustees, Sponsors and advisory teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with insurers, trustees and legal firms.
• Contribute to new business initiatives including tenders and presentations.
• Prepare and deliver clear updates and reports to clients.
• Effectively handle other related activities as needed.
