Qualifications

• Extensive DB pensions experience with a strong technical background.
• Knowledge of buy-in, buyout, and wind-up processes and workstreams.
• Highly organised with ability to prioritise and manage dependencies.
• Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills across levels.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
• Takes ownership and delivers with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and project manage buy-in, buyout, and wind-up projects within timelines and budget.
• Coordinate across all workstreams to ensure deliverables are met.
• Liaise with and manage Trustees, Sponsors, and advisory teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with insurers, trustees, and law firms.
• Contribute to new business initiatives, including tenders and presentations.
• Prepare and deliver clear updates and client reports.
• Occasionally undertake other related activities within capabilities.
