XPS Group, a leading UK pensions consultancy, is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Reading team. You will contribute to pensions administration across various schemes, ensuring high-quality service and compliance with regulatory requirements.

The role is hybrid, based in Reading, and offers a competitive salary with discretionary bonus and a flexible benefits package. You will mentor junior colleagues and work closely with other departments to deliver end-to-end client service.

Formación

• Fundamental knowledge of pensions administration and applying it to any scheme.
• Experience with Defined Benefit schemes including leavers, retirements, transfers, and statements.
• Numerical aptitude evidenced by work or academics.
• IT proficiency with MS Word, Excel & Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Adhere to best practice in pensions administration tasks.
• Participate in renewals, benefit statements, life assurance and pension increases.
• Check and mentor junior staff; handle client inquiries and data tasks.
• Run automated system calculations and perform manual benefits calculations.
• Update pension administration databases and systems.
