Job summary

XPS Group in Reading is seeking a Pension Administrator to join our pensions services team. This permanent, full-time role focuses on administering DB, DC, and other schemes, ensuring accurate calculations and responsive client service.

You will work in a collaborative environment, mentor junior staff, and handle complex queries from DWP/HMRC, while contributing to process improvements and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of pensions administration applicable to any scheme.
• Experience with DB schemes including leavers, retirements, transfers and increases.
• Understanding of pension legislation and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to pension administration procedures and best practices.
• Handle data processing, renewals, benefit statements and increases.
• Check and mentor junior staff and handle client queries.
• Update pension databases and respond to DWP/HMRC queries.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and client service improvements.
