Job summary

A pension consultancy in Slough is hiring a Senior Administrator to join the Defined Benefit team. You will prioritise daily workload and assist the Administration Manager to keep the team running smoothly.

You'll handle complex DB tasks, client and trustee contacts, and contribute to annual projects such as renewals and benefit statements. Around 3+ years' DB experience and strong numeracy, communication and organisation are essential.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of Defined Benefit (DB) pension schemes.
• Able to perform DB calculations (leavers, retirements, deaths, transfers).
• Around 3+ years' technical experience in a Third Party or in-house environment.

Responsibilities

• Prioritise day-to-day workload of the Defined Benefit team.
• Assist the Administration Manager to keep the team running smoothly and on track with SLAs.
• Handle complex pension tasks and calculations; be a point of contact for clients, trustees and senior scheme members.
• Contribute to annual projects such as renewals, benefit statements and pension increases.
• Provide input on process and procedural changes and mentor less experienced colleagues.
