Job summary

Front Row Recruitment represents an award-winning Pension Consultancy seeking a Senior Administrator to join their friendly Defined Benefit team. You will prioritise the day-to-day workload and assist the Administration Manager to ensure seamless team operations.

Applicants must have good knowledge of Defined Benefit pensions and about 3+ years' technical experience, with strong numeracy, communication and organisation skills.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of Defined Benefit (DB) pension schemes.
• Ability to perform a range of DB calculations (leavers, retirements, deaths, transfers).
• Around 3+ years of technical experience in a pensions environment.

Responsibilities

• Prioritise day-to-day workload of the team and assist the Administration Manager.
• Ensure pension administration services meet client SLAs and deadlines.
• Handle complex pension tasks including calculations and scheme project work.
• Be a point of contact for client portfolios, trustees and senior scheme members.
• Participate in annual projects such as renewals, benefit statements and pension increases.
• Provide input on process and procedural changes.
• Provide guidance to less experienced colleagues.
