Job summary

Front Row Recruitment is recruiting a Senior Administrator for a prestigious Pension Consultancy's Defined Benefit team. The role centres on prioritising workloads, supporting the Administration Manager, and delivering accurate pension administration to clients with agreed SLAs.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' DB pension experience, strong numeracy and organizational skills, and be comfortable handling complex tasks and project work while guiding junior colleagues.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Defined Benefit pension schemes and the ability to perform calculations such as leavers, retirements, deaths and transfers

Responsibilities

• Prioritise day-to-day workload of the Defined Benefit team
• Assist the Administration Manager to ensure smooth team operations
• Provide pension administration services to clients with SLA and deadlines
• Handle complex pension tasks and project work
• Act as a point of contact for clients, trustees and senior scheme members
• Contribute to annual projects such as renewals and benefit statements
• Offer guidance to less experienced colleagues and suggest process improvements
