Front Row Recruitment is partnering with an award-winning pension consultancy to hire a Senior Administrator for the Defined Benefit team in Manchester. You will prioritise daily workloads and support the Administration Manager to keep the team running smoothly.

The role involves handling complex pension tasks, serving as a trusted point of contact for clients and trustees, and contributing to annual projects such as renewals and benefit statements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Defined Benefit (DB) pension experience.
• Strong numeracy and data handling skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prioritise the day-to-day workload of the Defined Benefit team.
• Assist the Administration Manager to ensure smooth team operations.
• Provide an effective pension administration service to all clients within SLAs and deadlines.
