Front Row Recruitment is assisting a respected pension consultancy in recruiting a Senior Administrator for their Defined Benefit team in the UK. The role focuses on prioritising workloads, supporting the Administration Manager, and ensuring the team operates smoothly.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Defined Benefit (DB) pension schemes and related calculations.

Responsibilities

• Prioritise day-to-day workload of the Defined Benefit team.
• Assist the Administration Manager to ensure smooth team operation.
• Provide accurate pension administration to clients with SLA deadlines.
• Handle complex DB tasks such as calculations and scheme project work.
• Be a point of contact for a portfolio of clients, trustees and senior members.
• Contribute to annual projects like renewals, benefit statements and pension increases.
• Provide guidance to less experienced colleagues.
• Input on process and procedural change.
