Exchange Street Recruitment is helping a growing national financial services business find a Senior Pensions Technical Specialist in Newcastle. You will interpret new pension rules, assess operational impact and guide colleagues on complex matters, acting as a technical reference across the operation.

For the first three months you’ll be in the Newcastle office around three days per week, then roughly two days every other week with the rest of your time working remotely.

Qualifications

• Deep technical pension knowledge and ability to interpret rules.
• Experience with regulatory change and applying it operationally.
• Ability to guide colleagues and shape processes.

Responsabilités

• Interpret new pension rules and legislation.
• Understand operational impact and shape processes.
• Work with Compliance, Operations, Transfers and IT.
• Act as escalation point for complex pension issues.
• Guide colleagues on technical matters.
• Ensure pension rules are applied consistently.
