interactive investor is seeking a Technical Specialist - Pensions to join our hybrid team, working three days per week in Manchester or Leeds. You will own pension rules interpretation, oversee technical processes, and coordinate with HMRC and regulatory changes to keep the SIPP proposition compliant.

Reporting to the Technical Team Manager - Pensions, you will mentor Trainee Specialists and help shape our pensions offering with the Product team, ensuring robust governance and clear

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the pensions industry with a technical focus.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex pension topics at all levels.
• Knowledge of benefit calculations and transitional calculations.

Responsibilities

• Company-wide subject matter expert on pensions (including drawdown and transfers).
• Oversight of operational processes from a technical perspective.
• Analysis of pension changes in legislation and regulations; assess impact.
