Job summary

Velocity Recruitment is seeking a Business Development Manager in Devizes, Wiltshire or Lancing West Sussex with hybrid working available. You will drive UK sales growth, identify new customers and strengthen relationships across multiple industries.

The role involves developing strategic account plans, delivering revenue targets, and representing the company at trade shows and workshops. Travel both nationally and internationally is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in PCB or electronic components preferred but not essential.
• Experience in the wider manufacturing sector considered.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development growth
• Identify and secure new customers in target sectors.
• Develop strategic account plans and deliver against revenue and margin targets.
• Prepare accurate forecasts and contribute to UK growth strategy.
• Act as the primary contact for customers, ensuring exceptional service.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored PCB solutions.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms in line with company policies.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Represent the client at trade shows, conferences and customer workshops.
• Support marketing campaigns and digital initiatives to enhance visibility.
