Thrive Trowbridge is delighted to be working with our client near Bath who urgently require a Senior Payroll Administrator on a permanent basis.

What you will be doing:

Your duties will include the following:

Key Responsibilities
  • Processing payroll in a timely manner for each pay period
  • Inputting, maintaining and updating employee records
  • Preparing payroll data for an outsourced provider
  • Dealing with payroll queries from employees when required
  • Payroll reporting for management including calculating and collating data

What you will need to succeed:

  • Proven experience in a payroll position is essential
  • The ability to work under pressure with ever changing deadlines
  • Excellent IT skills including MS Office (word/outlook and excel) and SharePoint
  • First rate communication skills at all levels including a confidential approach
