Job summary

Kraft Heinz in London is seeking a Pay Equity and Transparency Sr. Analyst to shape and deliver equity programs across Europe and the UK.

The role sits within our European Rewards team and collaborates with Compensation, Legal, Payroll, and external advisors to translate regulatory requirements into practical, scalable solutions. You’ll deliver pay equity data analytics, governance support, and cross-market delivery, while owning Workday HRIS and payroll data landscapes to underpin the program.

Qualifications

• Strong data analytics capability and attention to detail
• Ability to build tools, models, and reporting outputs
• Confidence managing responsibilities independently
• Familiarity with Workday is preferred
• Experience with people data structures, governance, and data management in HR
• Experience in compensation, pay equity, or pay transparency is helpful but not essential
• Strong problem-solving skills and initiative to improve processes
• Strong written and verbal communication, translating technical topics into actionable steps

Responsibilities

• Supporting EU pay transparency project management, design, and implementation across multiple markets
• Delivering pay equity and pay transparency data analytics, including models and tools, to support reporting, governance, implementation decisions, and regular compensation processes
• Helping to prepare pay equity reporting and regulatory submissions across the UK and Europe
• Owning key pay transparency processes and tools across multiple countries – including right to information files and tools
• Supporting the development of communication and capability resources for employees, managers, and P&P
• Building, maintaining, and improving data models, reporting tools, and analytical outputs that strengthen reporting readiness, decision-making, and scalable delivery
• Owning and optimising the Workday, HRIS, and payroll data landscape that underpins the pay equity and pay transparency agenda, translating business requirements into practical system and reporting improvements that strengthen data quality, integration, and reporting readiness
• Partnering closely with European and Global Compensation teams and a broad stakeholder group across P&P, Technology, Legal & Compliance, Payroll, and external advisors to deliver compliant, practical solutions
