Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, HR analytics, or HR operations.
• Experience supporting UK strongly preferred.
• Exposure to compensation benchmarking and HR data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop compensation and benefits reporting and dashboards.
• Analyze rewards data to support decision-making and workforce insights.
