Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company in London is seeking a Pay Equity and Transparency Senior Analyst to lead reporting, governance and data initiatives across Europe and the UK. You will own data models, Workday integration improvements, and cross-market delivery, partnering with Compensation, Legal, Payroll and external advisors to turn complex requirements into practical solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong data analytics capability with high standards for data quality and execution.
• Ability to build tools, models, and reporting outputs for decision-making.
• Confidence managing responsibilities independently in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
• Familiarity with Workday is preferred.
• Experience with people data structures, governance, and data management in an HR environment is preferred.
• Experience in compensation, pay equity, or pay transparency is helpful but not essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, translating technical topics into clear actions.

Responsibilities

• Supporting EU pay transparency project management, design, and implementation across multiple markets.
• Delivering pay equity and pay transparency data analytics, including models and tools.
• Helping to prepare pay equity reporting and regulatory submissions across the UK and Europe.
• Owning key pay transparency processes and tools across multiple countries – including right to information files and tools.
• Supporting the development of communication and capability resources for employees, managers, and P&P.
• Building, maintaining, and improving data models, reporting tools, and analytical outputs.
