  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, translating technical topics into clear actions.

About the position

We have an excellent opportunity to play a hands‑on role shaping and delivering pay equity and pay transparency across Europe and the UK at Kraft Heinz. The Pay Equity and Transparency Sr. Analyst sits within our European Rewards team and reports to the Senior Manager Pay Equity and Transparency, Europe. This role works at the intersection of data, systems, governance, and implementation, helping turn complex regulatory and business requirements into practical, scalable solutions that make a real difference.

You’ll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You will be responsible for pay equity reporting, pay transparency processes, data and systems improvement, and cross-market delivery, partnering closely with Compensation and a broad network of stakeholders across P&P, Technology, Legal, Payroll, and external advisors. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders. We are looking for someone who enjoys turning complexity into clear delivery, likes solving problems, and is motivated by finding better ways of working.

In brief, you are responsible for:

  • Supporting EU pay transparency project management, design, and implementation across multiple markets
  • Delivering pay equity and pay transparency data analytics, including models and tools, to support reporting, governance, implementation decisions, and regular compensation processes
  • Helping to prepare pay equity reporting and regulatory submissions across the UK and Europe
  • Owning key pay transparency processes and tools across multiple countries – including right to information files and tools
  • Supporting the development of communication and capability resources for employees, managers, and P&P
  • Building, maintaining, and improving data models, reporting tools, and analytical outputs that strengthen reporting readiness, decision‑making, and scalable delivery
  • Owning and optimising the Workday, HRIS, and payroll data landscape that underpins the pay equity and pay transparency agenda, translating business requirements into practical system and reporting improvements that strengthen data quality, integration, and reporting readiness
  • Partnering closely with European and Global Compensation teams and a broad stakeholder group across P&P, Technology, Legal & Compliance, Payroll, and external advisors to deliver compliant, practical solutions
