Job summary

Elevate Legal Talent is seeking a Senior Paralegal to join a construction and procurement team on an interim basis (3 Month FTC). The role focuses on construction, procurement and commercial contracts, with responsibilities across drafting, reviewing, and tender documentation.

The successful candidate will have strong experience in construction/procurement contracts, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while liaising with non-legal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Senior Paralegal with construction, procurement or commercial contracts background.
• Experience reviewing and drafting contracts and amendments.
• Support procurement activities and tender documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and communicate with non-legal stakeholders.
• Available to start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Support construction and commercial contract matters.
• Review, draft and manage contracts, amendments and related documentation.
• Support procurement activity, including tender documentation.
• Assist with contract reviews, risk identification and escalation.
• Manage contractual records, obligations and key dates.
• Provide day-to-day support to procurement, commercial and operational teams.
• Conduct legal and contractual research as required.
