Job summary

Elevate Legal Talent is supporting a leading construction and procurement business by appointing a Senior Paralegal to join its legal team on a 3-month fixed-term contract. This interim role suits a commercially minded paralegal with construction, procurement or commercial contracts experience, who can quickly integrate with the existing legal function and support daily contract work.

You will draft, review and manage contracts, amendments, and tender documents, while keeping meticulous records

Qualifications

• 3+ years of senior paralegal experience in construction or procurement.
• Experience drafting, reviewing and managing commercial contracts.
• Knowledge of procurement processes and tender documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication with non-legal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support construction and commercial contract matters.
• Review, draft and manage contracts, amendments and related documents.
• Support procurement activity, including tender and supplier documentation.
• Assist with contract reviews, risk identification and escalation.
• Manage contractual records and key dates.
• Provide day-to-day support to procurement, commercial and operational teams.
• Conduct legal and contractual research as required.
