Job summary

Elevate Legal Talent is supporting a leading construction and procurement business in the appointment of an experienced Senior Paralegal to join their legal team on an interim basis.

This role requires a commercially focused paralegal with experience across construction, procurement and/or commercial contracts, who can quickly become embedded within an established legal function and support day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Experience across construction, procurement, and/or commercial contracts.
• Commercial contracts experience essential.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support construction and commercial contract matters.
• Review, draft and manage contracts, amendments and related documentation.
• Assist with procurement activity, including tender and supplier documentation.
• Support contract reviews, risk identification and escalation.
• Manage contractual records, obligations and key dates.
• Provide day-to-day support to procurement, commercial and operational teams.
• Conduct legal and contractual research as required.
