Qualifications

• Experienced Senior Paralegal with construction, procurement or commercial contracts background.
• Strong commercial contracts experience and understanding of construction contracts.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Confident communicating with non-legal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support construction and commercial contract matters.
• Review, draft and manage contracts, amendments and related documentation.
• Support procurement activity, including tender and supplier documentation.
• Assist with contract reviews, risk identification and escalation.
• Manage contractual records, obligations and key dates.
• Provide day-to-day support to procurement, commercial and operational teams.
• Conduct legal and contractual research as required.
