Elevate Legal Talent supports a leading construction and procurement business by appointing an experienced Senior Paralegal on an interim basis. Qualifications

• Senior Paralegal with experience in construction, procurement or commercial contracts.
• Ability to review and draft contracts and related documents.
• Experience supporting procurement activities and tender documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support construction and commercial contract matters.
• Review, draft and manage contracts, amendments and related documentation.
• Support procurement activity, including tender and supplier documentation.
• Assist with contract reviews, risk identification and escalation.
• Manage contractual records, obligations and key dates.
• Provide day-to-day support to procurement, commercial and operational teams.
• Conduct legal and contractual research as required.
