Job summary

Elevate Legal Talent is currently supporting a leading construction and procurement business with the appointment of an experienced Senior Paralegal to join their legal team on an interim basis. This 3-month FTC role focuses on construction, procurement and commercial contracts, offering the opportunity to embed quickly within an established function and deliver tangible value.

You will review, draft and manage contracts and related documents, support tender activity, and provide day-to-day

Qualifications

• Experience as Senior Paralegal or Paralegal.
• Background in construction, engineering, infrastructure, procurement or commercial contracts.
• Strong experience with commercial contracts.
• Knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Commercially minded, proactive, able to work independently.
• Confident communicating with non-legal stakeholders.
• Available to start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Support construction and commercial contract matters.
• Review, draft and manage contracts, amendments and related documentation.
• Support procurement activity, including tender and supplier documentation.
• Assist with contract reviews, risk identification and escalation.
• Manage contractual records, obligations and key dates.
• Provide day-to-day support to procurement, commercial and operational teams.
• Conduct legal and contractual research as required.
