Job summary

Elevate is supporting a leading construction and procurement business by appointing a Senior Paralegal to join their legal team on an interim basis.

The role requires experience across construction, procurement and/or commercial contracts, with emphasis on contract review, documentation, and risk management. You will support tender activities and provide day-to-day guidance to procurement and operations.

Qualifications

• Experienced Senior Paralegal or Paralegal with relevant industry exposure.
• Background in construction, engineering, infrastructure, procurement or commercial contracts.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Commercially minded, proactive and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support construction and commercial contract matters.
• Review, draft and manage contracts, amendments and related documentation.
• Support procurement activity, including tender and supplier documentation.
• Assist with contract reviews, risk identification and escalation.
• Manage contractual records, obligations and key dates.
• Provide day-to-day support to procurement, commercial and operational teams.
• Conduct legal and contractual research as required.
