Job summary

Elevate Legal Talent is supporting a leading construction and procurement business with the appointment of an experienced Senior Paralegal to join their legal team on an interim basis (3 Month FTC). This role suits a commercially focused paralegal with experience across construction, procurement and/or commercial contracts, who can quickly embed within an established legal function.

You will provide day-to-day support to procurement, commercial and operational teams, review and manage contracts,

Qualifications

• Senior Paralegal with experience in construction, procurement or commercial contracts.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication with non-legal stakeholders.
• Available to start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Support construction and commercial contract matters.
• Review, draft and manage contracts, amendments and related documentation.
• Support procurement activity, including tender and supplier documentation.
• Assist with contract reviews, risk identification and escalation.
• Manage contractual records, obligations and key dates.
• Provide day-to-day support to procurement, commercial and operational teams.
• Conduct legal and contractual research as required.
