Job summary

Elevate Legal Talent is seeking a Senior Paralegal to join a leading construction and procurement business on an interim basis. This 3-month FTC role requires a commercially focused paralegal with experience across construction, procurement and/or commercial contracts.

You will support contract reviews, risk identification and procurement activities, manage records and key dates, and provide day-to-day support to non-legal stakeholders while working with the legal team in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Experienced Senior Paralegal or experienced Paralegal.
• Background in construction, engineering, infrastructure, procurement or commercial contracts.
• Strong commercial contracts experience.
• Understanding of construction contracts and/or procurement processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Commercially minded, proactive and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support construction and commercial contract matters.
• Review, draft and manage contracts, amendments and related documentation.
• Support procurement activity, including tender and supplier documentation.
• Assist with contract reviews, risk identification and escalation.
• Manage contractual records, obligations and key dates.
• Provide day-to-day support to procurement, commercial and operational teams.
• Conduct legal and contractual research as required.
