Job summary

Visualsoft in Manchester is seeking a skilled Paid Social Account Manager to drive strategic management of client paid social accounts across platforms. You will act as the primary strategic partner, aligning performance with business goals to deliver sustainable growth.

You will own the development of tailored paid social strategies, guide creative assets, and analyse data to provide actionable insights. Strong client-facing communication and experience with Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok are

Qualifications

• Experience in Paid Social media marketing or digital strategy, within an agency or in-house.
• Extensive proven experience specialising in Paid Social performance and strategy.
• Essential expertise in Meta, with strong proficiency and ideal experience in Pinterest and TikTok.
• Proven expertise in external Social platforms and tools, analytics, forecasting and measurement.
• Proficiency with social listening, analytics, and management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Google Analytics).
• Experience in building and executing Social strategies, whether in-house or for clients.
• Senior-level client-facing experience with high confidence in face-to-face interactions and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee comprehensive paid social strategies tailored to client brand goals, target audiences, and KPIs.
• Guide creative assets and ensure strong creative is aligned with campaign success.
• Analyse campaign data and social analytics to report performance and optimise future strategies.
• Synchronise paid and organic social strategies to align roadmaps.
