Visualsoft, a leading UK eCommerce agency, is seeking a Paid Social Account Manager to drive strategy and execution across major platforms. You will own client relationships, define paid social roadmaps, and optimise ROAS while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable growth for a diverse client portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in Paid Social marketing or digital strategy within an agency or in-house.
• Extensive proven experience specialising in Paid Social performance and strategy.
• Expertise in Meta, with strong Pinterest and TikTok experience.
• Proficiency with social listening, analytics, and management tools (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Sprinklr, GA).
• Senior-level client-facing experience with strong presentation skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee comprehensive paid social strategies tailored to client goals.
• Lead day-to-day client interactions and ensure high retention and ROI.
• Analyse campaign data to report performance and optimise future strategies.
• Coordinate across internal teams to deliver high-quality account deliverables.
