Job summary

WPP Media Limited in the UK is seeking a Paid Social Account Manager to lead the day-to-day management of busy client accounts, develop comprehensive paid social plans, and drive performance across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest. You will collaborate with the Account Director, mentor junior teammates, and contribute to advanced strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital marketing or agency roles.
• Experience setting up and optimizing paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Experience planning large-scale paid social campaigns.
• Experience compiling detailed end-of-campaign reports and presentations.
• Strong relationship-building and client presentation skills.
• Some experience line managing individuals and/or training others.
• Collaborative, friendly attitude.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive paid social plans aligned with client objectives and KPIs.
• End-to-end setup of paid social campaigns with advanced features.
• Oversee QA checks, monitor performance, pacing, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Produce weekly/monthly performance reports and insightful commentary.
• Identify trends and recommend on-platform actions; mentor team members.
