Visualsoft in the UK is seeking a Paid Social Account Lead to drive strategy and execution across major social platforms, delivering high ROAS and client value. You will own the client portfolio, guide creative directions, and work autonomously while collaborating with internal teams to ensure outstanding delivery.

As a senior contributor with strong analytical and presentation skills, you will manage relationships, identify growth opportunities, and align social activity with broader business

Qualifications

• Experience in Paid Social marketing or digital strategy required.
• Senior-level client-facing experience with presentations.
• Proficiency in Meta ads; Pinterest/TikTok experience preferred.
• Experience with analytics, forecasting and measurement tools.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee comprehensive paid social strategies tailored to client goals and KPIs.
• Guide creative assets and ensure alignment between paid and organic social roadmaps.
• Analyse data and report performance, delivering actionable insights.
• Lead day-to-day client interactions and ensure high retention and ROI.
• Oversee timelines, quality control and cross-team collaboration.
• Champion client success and identify upsell opportunities.
