Job summary

Visualsoft is seeking a Paid Social Account Lead to own strategic management, performance, and retention of paid social campaigns across platforms. You will be the primary strategic partner for clients, aligning paid social outcomes with business goals to drive sustainable growth.

You will lead paid social strategy, oversee end‑to‑end execution, and leverage data insights to continuously optimise ROAS and client success. This role emphasizes collaboration and senior client leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in Paid Social marketing or digital strategy in an agency or in‑house.
• Extensive proven experience specialising in Paid Social performance and strategy.
• Expertise in Meta; ideally Pinterest and TikTok.
• Experience with external social platforms, analytics, forecasting and measurement.
• Proficiency with analytics tools (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Sprinklr) and GA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee paid social strategies aligned to client goals.
• Lead high‑level client interactions as trusted advisor across accounts.
• Analyse campaign data and report performance with actionable insights.
• Ensure synchronization between paid and organic social roadmaps.
• Oversee delivery quality and collaboration across internal teams.
