WPP Media Limited in the UK seeks a Manager, Social to lead paid social campaigns and client-facing activities. You will design media plans, oversee execution, and drive optimization while mentoring teammates within the WPP Open ecosystem.

You will collaborate with Account Directors, stay ahead on platform trends, and deliver data-driven insights to improve performance across Meta, TikTok and Pinterest channels.

Formación

• Proven experience managing paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok and Pinterest.
• Experience building media plans, setting up campaigns and QA checks.
• Strong ability to generate insightful reports and recommendations.
• Comfort presenting to clients and leading calls; mentoring teammates.

Responsabilidades

• Develop paid social media plans aligned with client objectives and KPIs.
• Set up end-to-end paid social campaigns with advanced features.
• Monitor performance, run QA checks, optimize campaigns.
• Produce weekly/monthly performance reports and commentary.
• Engage with clients and partners, presenting findings and recommendations.
• Mentor team members and support workload planning.
