Job summary

WPP Media in the United Kingdom is seeking an Associate, Paid Social to support a growing Paid Social specialist team. You will manage client campaigns, assist with campaign builds, audience setup, and reporting, while working closely with the Account Director and Manager.

The role offers a hybrid work arrangement, a focus on learning across Meta/TikTok/Snap platforms, and opportunities to advance in a global agency environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing or paid social (agency or in-house preferred).
• Basic knowledge of key platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snap, etc.).
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Analytical mindset with willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support the setup and ongoing management of paid social campaigns across key platforms.
• Implement campaign builds based on briefs provided by the Account Manager.
• Assist with audience setup, creative trafficking, and campaign structuring.
• Execute campaign updates including bid changes, budget adjustments, and targeting refinements.
• Monitor campaign delivery and pacing, flagging issues to the Account Manager.
• Support ongoing optimisation initiatives.
• Conduct detailed QA checks across campaign builds and live activity.
