Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the UK is seeking a Senior Associate in Outsourcing Governance and Change Management to support the delivery and enhancement of outsourcing governance across the UK, the Middle East, North Africa, Turkey and the wider region.

You will work with senior stakeholders, regional partners and control teams to design practical solutions, embed strong governance and drive change that improves how we manage outsourcing risk.

Qualifications

• Experience leading change initiatives in financial services or regulated environments.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships across seniority levels and locations.
• Knowledge of risk management and governance frameworks.
• Ability to develop clear, high-quality presentations and written materials for varied audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritise effectively and deliver against deadlines.
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a matrixed organisation.
• Proactive approach to controls, issue management and continuous improvement.
