• Experience leading change initiatives from design through delivery in financial services or regulated environments.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships across seniority, functions and locations.
• Knowledge of risk management and governance frameworks.
• Ability to produce clear, high‑quality presentations and written materials.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines.
• Strong collaboration skills in a matrix organisation.
• Proactive approach to controls, issues and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead programmes from design to delivery, embedding governance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Strengthen governance practices to manage outsourcing risk across regions.
• Design and implement an outsourcing framework aligned to regulatory expectations.
• Contribute to regional standardisation of processes, controls and enabling technology.
• Partner with lines of business and regional teams to align delivery.
• Develop high‑quality materials for senior audiences to support decisions.
• Identify risks, issues and dependencies and propose actionable fixes.
• Promote a control‑focused approach across programmes and stakeholders.
