Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Senior Associate to strengthen outsourcing governance across the UK and wider region, driving change and embedding robust controls.

You will partner with senior stakeholders and regional teams to design practical solutions, align processes with global standards, and support a scalable governance framework across complex markets. You will manage multiple workstreams, develop strategic materials for executive audiences, and contribute to cross-regional standardisation

Qualifications

• Experience leading change initiatives from design through delivery within regulated environments.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships across seniority, functions and locations.
• Knowledge of risk management and governance frameworks.
• Ability to develop clear, high-quality presentations and written materials for varied audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritise effectively and deliver against deadlines.
• Strong collaboration skills in a matrixed organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead programmes of work from initial design through delivery, embedding strong operational controls and governance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Strengthen governance practices that help manage outsourcing risk across regions.
• Support the design and implementation of an outsourcing framework aligned to regulatory expectations and global standards.
• Contribute to a regional standardisation programme to align processes, controls and enabling technology.
• Partner with lines of business, functions and regional teams to build alignment and support effective delivery.
• Develop high-quality materials and presentations for senior audiences to support decision-making and progress updates.
• Identify risks, issues and dependencies, and support practical actions to address them.
• Promote a control-focused approach across programmes, teams and stakeholder groups.
