Job summary

Circle Bath Clinic, part of Circle Health Group, is recruiting a Senior Theatre Practitioner for Orthopaedic Scrub. This full-time, permanent role covers 37.5 hours per week with a flexible shift pattern.

Salary is up to £48,000 per year, dependent on experience and qualifications, with a comprehensive benefits package. The role involves leading perioperative teams, preparing theatres, and ensuring patient safety and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team supervision in theatre settings.
• Strong communication and decision‑making in perioperative care.
• Infection control and safety practices in theatre.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and handle specialist instrumentation and equipment for orthopaedic scrub duties.
• Provide skilled assistance to surgical and anaesthetic teams during procedures.
• Lead theatre preparation, schedule coordination and resource management.
• Support Theatre Manager with team briefings, stock control and patient flow.
