Vodafone is seeking an experienced leader to partner with business leads and HRBPs to drive cross-functional, strategic operating model changes that improve organisational effectiveness across Vodafone Group and markets. You will design target state models and structures while delivering complex transformation programs.

The role emphasizes coaching, executive influence, and strong analytical thinking, with preference for management consulting and CIPD-qualified professionals.

Qualifications

• Impact and influence across executive level directors across group and markets.
• Ability to coach and work with business and HR colleagues.
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking credibility.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Experience in management consulting preferred.
• OE experience in large, complex organisations.
• CIPD or similar professional qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leads and HRBPs to deliver strategic operating model changes.
• Drive macro operating model design studies and target state options.
• Lead macro organisation structure design studies and target org structures.
• Ensure delivery of operating model across Vodafone Group and markets.
• Lead organisational effectiveness and transformational projects.
• Develop best-practice OE frameworks and tools for reviews.
